Having checked my system and found no obvious problems the engineer stated that there would be no charge which I found both pleasing and quite surprising

The engineer gave a pretty cursory glance, shook his head and said I'd need a new aerial andquoted me a minumum of £450. I'm now getting a replacement for less than half the price.
