Colin the engineer was fine did a good job in less than an hour, but the cost for doing the work plus parts was a ripoff !!! The replacement amplifier was less than £40 on line but I was charged £250.00 plus vat for a job that took less than an hour overall !!! Would not recommend.

Hi Andrew -- We don't just charge for parts though and customers always have the option to just accept the quote without obligation. Your receipt which would have been emailed will cover all parts and labour. Regards

So as I know the replacement amplifier only cost around £40, you are telling me that the Labour Cost for less than one hours work is £210 ? As I said it is a RIPOFF.

Hi Andrew -- Of course the work completed isn't just parts and labour, which yes the warranty covers. We have to pay to retain good quality employees such as Colin, as well as our own week on week rising costs not to mention advertising, plus taking into account fuel, insurance and to ensure customers we will be around to uphold warranties. But as mentioned previously, its always the customers decision if they wish to have the work done, we are happy to provide a quote for customers to consider and shop around. Regards

There’s also a thing called TRUST and VALUE FOR MONEY neither of which seem to be traits in your company’s philosophy and obviously you must have significant overhead costs based on what I was charged.
