I see that you have left poor reviews on two orders made with us while there was only an issue with one.
We do have emergency numbers and staff on hand at the stadium to help whenever there is a problem but we received no call at the time, only an email from you on the day after the match on behalf of your son who was the one who actually attended so this is a moot point now. We tried to reach you for nearly a week afterward for more information on what exactly happened or for proof from the stadium officials that there was a problem with the tickets, but our emails and phone calls were ignored for many days.
As we explained when we were finally able to reach you, while we understand this was a very upsetting event, the club is obligated to provide documentation of any problems regarding the validity of the tickets.
Based on the information you provided us, it sounds like an individual at the stadium not connected to either our company or the club was able to take advantage and steal the tickets from your son.
We are deeply sorry for what happened to him and we understand your upset at seeing your gift to your son taken from him. While we cannot take responsibility for the actions of a thief in a crowd, we would like you to please contact us so that we can see if there is anything we can do.
