We understand that it can be stressful to receive the tickets so close to the match date. It is rare for delivery to be on the day of the match as it was in your case, but even in these circumstances, we make sure that you get the tickets in time and we are always available for contact in case there are any issues.
As we wrote to you on the 4th of March, the trouble with your order was likely due to a random check since you were allowed into the stadium. If there had been any problem with the validity of the tickets, they would not have allowed you in and would have given you documentation attesting to the issue.
Despite the fact that we were in no way responsible for this issue, we understand that this was very stressful for you, so we offered a 10% discount in the way of compensation.
We have not heard back from you whether you will accept the discount or not.
