Please note that the order you are referring to in this review is for order number 546192---order 542546 was for an order you made with us a few months before and there is no record of any issue.
Our site goes over all the different delivery methods and types of tickets we can provide. The fact that you may receive tickets in the form of member cards and that we may change the delivery method at any time, including arranging a pick-up point on the day of the match---this was all published on the site before you could click through to payment. We also provided the information in the confirmation of purchase we sent to you upon receipt of payment.
We understand that changing the delivery method can be very inconvenient and is often a source of stress. We would like to point out that it is also a relatively rare occurrence. Because it can be quite stressful, we called you in person to inform you of the change in delivery and to advise you of the fact that the tickets were in the form of member cards.
According to our records, this is the basis of your objection. We had member cards to give you and member cards only, but you would not accept any member cards.
Our terms and conditions state that all sales are final upon payment with no refunds or cancellations accepted. Despite this, and despite the fact that we were able to provide the tickets as ordered, we made an exception to our policy for your sake and were also able to issue you a full refund for your order four days before the match.
