Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. 

We acknowledge that you received tickets in a different category than the one ordered—this was the only way we could assure all three tickets together as you requested.

In addition to the special request you placed on your order, you contacted us several times in the weeks leading up to the match about your request for three tickets together. In your first contact with us, you also alluded to a phone call with the Sales Department made before purchase about seating. 

Since we can only guarantee pairs, as written on the site, we cannot arrange for three tickets to be together in every category, so in order to fulfill your primary request, we sadly had to place you in a different seating category.
