We are sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations due to the low water levels on the Danube, which unfortunately impacted the planned itinerary. We completely understand your disappointment that the cruise could not proceed as intended because of the exceptionally low water levels across Europe. As a result, alternative arrangements had to be made, including coach excursions and adjustments to the scheduled programme.
