Hello, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your re-arranged itinerary and learned a lot about Holland. We also congratulate our partners at Scylla for their excellent support in making this possible. Kind regards, Riviera Travel

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the ship, the food, and the service provided by our onboard team. River conditions, including low water levels, are beyond our control and can change very quickly. Any decisions regarding itinerary amendments are made in consultation with our shipping partners based on the most up-to-date operational information available. Once changes are required, considerable logistics are involved in arranging a revised itinerary and associated shore excursions for all guests. As advised prior to departure, guests were informed of the changes and were offered the option to cancel and receive a full refund should they have preferred not to travel. If you would like your concerns to be reviewed further, please do write to our Guest Relations team. They will carefully consider all points raised and respond within 28 days, in line with ABTA guidelines.

Hello John, We are so pleased to hear that your first river cruise with us on the Douro, Porto & Salamanca River Cruise was such a positive experience. Hello Tina, We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your Rhine Gorge & Medieval Germany River Cruise. It’s wonderful to know that you found the ship, cabins, and staff to be great, and that the daily menu catered well to your husband’s dietary needs. We also appreciate your kind words about the beautiful villages you visited, particularly Bamberg. We understand your disappointment regarding the inability to complete the journey through the Rhine Gorge due to water levels, and we appreciate you sharing your recommendation for travelling earlier in the season. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the final day and the refreshments. We are glad that you enjoyed your time away overall and met some lovely people. Kind regards, Riviera Travel

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on The Seine Paris and Normandy River Cruise. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our staff, food, public areas, and the overall organisation of the cruise. We appreciate your kind words regarding the convenient coffee and tea facilities. We also acknowledge your comment about cabin size and will certainly take this into consideration. Kind regards, Riviera Travel

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that, despite the changes to your itinerary, you were able to enjoy your holiday and appreciated the efforts of our onboard team to ensure guests continued to have a positive experience. We fully understand your disappointment at missing some of the planned highlights, including Budapest, the Hungarian scenery and the Nibelungen Valley. Unfortunately, the exceptionally low water levels experienced across parts of Europe affected river cruise operations for all operators sailing in the region, and itinerary changes were necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. We are glad that you enjoyed your extended time in Vienna and your visit to Schloss Hof, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the alternative arrangements that were offered. Thank you for travelling with Riviera Travel, and we hope to welcome you on board again in the future.

Hello, We are so glad to hear that you had a good trip with us on The Blue Danube River Cruise. We appreciate your feedback regarding the water levels and missing stops. Kind regards, Riviera Travel
