We are sorry for any disappointment regarding the sun deck. Please be aware that there are a number of low bridges along this itinerary and, for the safety of our guests and onboard team, the sun deck must be closed while passing beneath them.

We are sorry that the mooring arrangements in Tarascon and on the final day affected your experience. Moorings are owned and managed by the local port and river authorities, and availability can occasionally require changes to the itinerary or docking locations. We appreciate that this resulted in additional coach travel and meant you missed the opportunity to enjoy the local-specialities visit in Lyon.
