Tour manager very good but resteraunt service variable and poor when both restaurants open. Customer service poor. Only offered flights at terrible times when better were available and very unhelpful...

We're so glad to hear you had an amazing tour with so many highlights, and that the Rocky Mountaineer, sea plane trip in Vancouver, Lake Louise, and the Columbia Ice Field were standout experiences for you. It's wonderful to know that the organization during the Canadian part of your tour, managed by Caroline and Riviera, was very good. We appreciate you sharing your feedback on your tour guides and the Caribou Lodge in Banff; your comments are valuable to us. It's also lovely to hear about your positive interactions with Canadians.
