Porto airport was chaos. We were left standing in a queue for one and a half hours, only to be told we were on standby as the airline...

Please change the advice re: check in. You said it was OK to check in at the airport. If you do ,as we did, you get a STANDBY TICKET. This caused distress . It has put us off booking another holiday with Riviera. We had to make a fuss as we had been standing 1 1/2 hours. Both in our 80s. The thought of waiting all night for the next plane was very stressful.
