I thought the overall service was excellent the only comment I have is that I was initially given a higher quote and only when I queried the premium I was offered another insurer at a lower premium.

Hello. Thanks for letting us know how things went. Sorry for any pricing confusion. In simple terms, what you do determines how much you pay: higher risk = higher premium; lower risk = lower premium. It also determines which of our insurers quotes. In your case, the first quote we did was specifically to cover accountancy work. As you and Mark talked more about what you do, however, it became clear you actually needed cover for business consultancy work instead. Changing your occupation to reflect that brought in a different insurer and a lower price. It doesn't always work out like that, though, so I guess you're one of the lucky ones! Hope that helps.
