Hi Michal, we're sorry that you were unhappy with the number of emails you received after buying your policy with us. These first few emails that you received contain your policy documents, instructions on how to access your online account, and details about any extra benefits you have access to.
We completely understand that this might feel excessive, though. I've passed your feedback on to our email team, who will review these emails to see if the process can be improved.
Rest assured that you aren't signed up to our optional mailing list. All these emails are a standard part of the info we provide to every one of our customers.
