Thank you for your review and I am pleased you found the service good. Regarding the delivery we do only deliver to the threshold of the property as we are not insured from there and as we deliver into hotels as a rule the porters unload from there.

Fine, their website had some incorrect information on it which meant the delivery date was different to what I had planned but I managed to sort it so someone could be there. Also the beds are fine...

Thank you for your review and I am sorry there was an issue with the base and understand you did not want us to replace it for you. Regarding the delivery your location was on the border of a different delivery day hence why the day different but we did call and arrange the delivery day directly with you.
Very courteous, helpful communication.
Order was delivered surprisingly quickly with prior notification of delivery.
