Thank you for your review firstly I am pleased after calling you that you are really happy with the comfort of the bed. As discussed I am surprised that you did not see the VAT as this is displayed on the product page as well as being displayed throughout the checkout process. I am also very surprised as we do not give time slots for delivery and on checking the drivers call log he called three times but there was no answer. We do advise when delivery is being booked in that we do not take the beds upstairs as we are not insured. I am disappointed you felt it was a one star service as we had tried on all the issues both to advise and inform you.

Thank you for your review and I a pleased that you found the bed good quality. After calling you I am pleased you found the instructions in with the mattress. Regarding delivery we do state that it is a one man delivery and that we will only bring it to your front door as are not insured from there.
