Thank you for your review and I am pleased you liked the mattress. Regarding the base all of our fabrics are tested for commercial use and stand the test of time. The linking bar is strange as this is a pre drilled component so cannot see why the holes were not there. We did offer to exchange for the next day but understand that you did not want to wait.
Whilst we are overall satisfied with the quality of your beds we had issues with delivery.
