Thank you for your review. I am afraid as a contract supplier we do not offer a delivery to the room service and we are not insured to take it up the stairs. We do advise this both on order confirmation, when we book the delivery in with you and on the text we sent.

Lovely bed and delivery service was excellent. Only thing....I wish we had had an instruction leaflet given to us about looking after the the mattress....when to turn it. There was nothing with it.

Very pleased with my purchase of a mattress from HotelContractBed's. The mattress is so comfortable and purchased one after sleeping on one at a cottage we stayed in over New Year. My only grumble...

We do email 2 days in advance to advise of deliver and then call text and email the day before and then the driver calls ahead on the day and I have looked into this and all these processes were met so cannot understand why you did not know it was being delivered but please accept my apologies.
Super communication, efficient service, quick delivery. This is the third time we have used Hotel Contract Beds for our rental properties. We would highly recommend.
