I am sorry you feel like this. We have tried to offer you everything to please you from collecting and giving a full refund, exchanging your order and money off to keep. I do feel sometimes you just cannot please everybody. The products meet with all commercial contract usage and can see from your last paragraph that you are happy with the bed base and headboard. Regarding the price we advertise this and have many happy customers who are impressed with our products and I would have thought if it was as bad as you imply then you would have let us collect and refund in full.
