Very fast delivery, but unfortunately you sent the wrong headboard - different from what we had ordered. We didn't realise this until we moved the delivery to its final destination, over 100 miles...

Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies for the incorrect headboard delivery as we processed a floor standing headboard and not standard size. We have a new staff member and this was entered in error. I understand it is difficult to swap for you but have left it open that when you are next there and the date suits that we will swap the headboard over for you.

Bed excellent however when delivered thought it would be put together for me! Probably I should have asked instead of assuming.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you find the bed to be excellent. We do advise on the website and when we arrange delivery that we do not deliver to the room and is only to the entrance as we are not insured beyond this point I am afraid.
The service I had throughout was efficient friendly and a thoughrly pleasant experience I am not a fan of online shopping but you have changed my view Thank you for all your helpful service.
