We apologise that the tanzanite did not meet your expectations and understand how disappointing this can be. We do have information regarding the clarity of the loose gemstones within the Call Centre, if it is not specified on the website. If you can supply us with the item code, we should be able to obtain such detail for you before you commit to the purchase in the future.
