understood and agree. at the moment Yodel are the only courier that will take our parcels (due to their size). we're currently investigating the compromise we'll have to make to use other couriers. thanks though for the feedback.

I can only wholeheartedly agree! We are currently negotiating with the courier to include timed deliveries within our contract. your feedback therefore could not have been better timed! thanks :-)

Thanks for the feedback. Completely understand your point too. The drivers are not supposed to leave items without a signature unless they've had instruction from the customer. Sorry for the stress :-(
