Thanks for the feedback. Whilst there was a message on the delivery page outlining our opening times between Christmas and new year, it has been pointed out by several customers that they did not see it. Lesson learned for next year! Really sorry you had to wait a little longer for your boxes. All the best for 2016 :-)

Thanks for the review. We did actually have the seasonal delivery times on the delivery info page but you've not been the first to mention that it could have been more visible. Sorry, we will make sure it's more clear next time. Happy New Year!

How incredibly annoying and indeed understanding. It is and always has been the one part of the service that requires constant attention. Because the courier deems the size of our parcels awkward, they often have to be manually sorted through the network, often resulting in inexplicable mistakes. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. I have arranged a 10% refund for the trouble; small consolation I know but hopefully an indication that we care. have a good Christmas and best wishes for 2016!
