this is an area we are continually battling to address. unfortunately, because our parcels are too big to fit on any of the couriers' automated sorting systems, at the moment Yodel are the only company that will manually sort our parcels through their network and they don't have the necessary technology to track parcels in real time. consequently we're not yet able to offer the more time friendly service you talk about. we've looked at trying to reduce the size of the boxes to allow us to use other couriers but the restrictions are onerous and ultimately deem the boxes useless for moving home! incredibly frustrating but hopefully we will have solved the problem in time for your next move!
