Please accept my apologies but when I was speaking with you yesterday, I thought that they were not suitable for your client, but did not realise that this was partly due to an error on the sizing on our website. Thank you for alerting us to this and we have now corrected the dimensions. As this was our error, we will of course be refunding your return postage once we receive these back from you. Balconies do come in various different styles and sizes and I'm sorry that these were not suitable for you. In regards to the weight of them, although the planters are light, once they have been planted, they will obviously be much heavier and be more stable. Coral

At the time of your second order, the cushions were showing on our website as a 4-6 week lead time but please accept my apologies if this was not clear to you when you placed your order. As discussed on the phone, these are due in very soon. We will speak to the factory again on Monday for you to get a more accurate delivery date and will of course call you to update you once we have spoken to them. As your correct armchairs had arrived with us we tried to arrange delivery of these straight away so that you could enjoy them as soon as possible. We thought that you would prefer to receive your armchairs straight away with your cushions to follow, rather than waiting slightly longer to receive them all together.
