Thank you for bringing it to our attention that you were not able to communicate this request in an efficient way. Please accept our apologies for this. After reviewing your feedback, we have now implemented changes to our website so that in future, you are able to let us know whether you would prefer your sign without fitting holes, the same way you would let us know your colour choice.
