Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies that the colour was not quite as expected. Our records show that we sent you charcoal which is a grey colour. The other colour-way is clay which is a cream colour, so hopefully it was not this which you received. However, some colours can show up slightly differently on different computer screens, we do try and match the colours on the photos as best as we can to the product, but we will re-look at this picture in light of your comments. But thank you very much for bringing the issue to our attention, and we are delighted you are pleased with the light. Nicky
