We are continually reviewing the process of responding to all the emails the team receive but hope you understand that sometimes the odd item 'slips through the net'. Thank you for your feedback. I must admit to being slightly puzzled by your comment and service score. You placed your order on 29/11 nearly an hour after the noon deadline for next day delivery. Despite this, we managed to get your order out that night and our courier attempted delivery at 17:14 the next day and left a card. I have emailed you a picture he took of the location. 24 hours later, your recipient then made arrangements to collect the parcel from the depot which she duly did, although other options would have been available. May be they gave you incorrect information about this? I'm sorry that we failed to meet your expectations here, but I'm not sure what more we could have done. We do offer a next day morning service but you did not take up this option. Please let me know where you feel we have let you down here as we take what we consider to be unfair service scores personally, but maybe I've missed something that we need to address. Stuart
