Thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately it seems that there was an error in the measurement of the Large reindeer from a change of supplier last year and this had not been picked up until you kindly pointed in out (in November). We gave you a refund that you where happy to accept, so I'm not sure what more could have done to improve our service here, but please do let us know. Obviously mistakes do happen as we are human, but we are hurt that you wouldn't recommend us because of this. Apart from the size, hopefully the quality of the product is ok. We have sold out of all our wicker reindeers this year so it seems that others have been happy, but accept that you are obviously disappointed because of the size issue. With regards to the price, it is difficult to comment as there are many varying sizes which can be difficult to compare and also different qualities so you may not be comparing like with like.
