Thanks for your feedback. I'd like to say that he'd busy helping Santa, however he'd been with us all the time. Unfortunately the other item in your order was delayed by a week (which you might not have noticed at the time). We should have contacted you to see if you wanted the items shipping separately and I apologise for that. With regards to availability, obviously this is always difficult for us to judge and there's not much call for Rudolph in January. You might want to make a note for next year that our Reindeer generally arrive in October and we are quite happy to hold it until you need it. Stuart
