Thank you for your review and comments. We very much appreciate you being a William Russell member for so many years. In 2020 we amended the way in which we calculate our premiums. We now charge “age actual” premiums which will see an increase each year due to age rather than “age banded” premiums which see a much larger increase every 5 years. This method makes things fairer because premiums will increase more gradually year-on-year. This also means we can calculate premiums more accurately, which helps to keep our pricing model sustainable for the long term. Each year, we will have extensive discussions with the insurers of our policies to decide the upcoming years premiums and we will do everything we can to keep increases reasonable across our client base. We do appreciate you renewing your plan with us this year and thank you again for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback.
