We want to do all that we can to protect our customer's data from unauthorised access so we did recently introduce sending encrypted documents however following feedback we've now changed this process slightly to make it easier for our customers to receive their documents. I have resent your policy documents to you and hope these are clear now. Once again, I do apologise for the experience you had with us and we do appreciate you taking the time to get in touch.
