We understand your concerns regarding increases in premiums, we've recently changed to age actual rating which is a fairer and more consistent way of pricing and will avoid large increases when crossing an age band. Service is extremely important to us and we are always looking at ways we can ensure our customers receive the best from us, one of things we are focusing on at the moment is engaging with our customers throughout the year, not just at their renewal.
