In situations where safety may be compromised, instructors may need to react quickly and speak more directly to regain control of the situation. While this can sometimes come across as abrupt or stressed, it is typically a response to ensure immediate safety, and although this is not an excuse for the lack of manners you experienced, it was likely the reason for the instructor’s tone in that moment. Our supplier has also advised us that they expect their instructors to remain professional and supportive at all times, particularly as many of their customers are driving these types of vehicles for the first time.
