Regarding the layouts used, these are set and controlled by the supplier at the venue, and may utilise a different formation to the actual track length on site. The reason why they are laid out as such is so that all in attendance on the day can enjoy the driving experiences safely, and to ensure the safety of staff, visitors and instructors on the day. The suppliers at the venue will usually require participants to follow safety procedures. We would ask customers to please do as they ask for your own safety and of those around you. The instructor may need to assist you or direct your attention in certain areas, such as acceleration and braking. We are pleased to hear you did enjoy your drives in the Nissan Furious GTR and Mercedes AMG GT in spite of the above issues you encountered. We will investigate with the supplier at the venue regarding the driving time issues and will endeavour to update with our further reply once investigations are completed. We can see on our records that this refund has now been agreed with you and actioned by our finance team on 19th June, which should have now been processed back into your account. Whilst we do appreciate your disappointment, all terms and conditions regarding open vouchers are stated clearly on our website, and we do stress quite heavily that all voucher content, including venues, available vehicles and event dates etc are subject to availability. We should say that we do also have a Junior Triple Supercar Thrill from the same supplier at this venue which offers more driving time in each of the cars which would make the experience longer if you wanted to book again in future - and we certainly hope you will! Thanks again for your feedback.

They do recognise that this can impact a customer's perception of the experience, particularly where multiple driving activities have been booked. They have also said that they will review your feedback regarding this and also your dissatisfactionwith vehicle conditions and the waiver and demo fees withtheir event management team to identify any opportunities to improve customer communication, queue management and the overall guest experience at future events.
