Prompt delivery

Missing product in delivery / then on refund I was given the wrong amount back . I will never purchase on line again .

Took weeks to get a simple order of some diaries. Caused a great deal of inconvenience

After a 15 + business day delivery window, delivery was at least 18 days and arrived incorrectly. Ordered 20th Nov, fully understanding it could be up to 15 days but the parcel arrive later again,...

Excellent service but they should use a courier other than Evri, who lost the parcel from The Works and several other suppliers. I received a full refund immediately.

Their delivery service was a complete sham. Orders never arrived or took so long to arrive i gave up. What a stupid time of year to supposedly move their warehouse. When the books did eventually...

It's my first and last order online from Works. Wrong items send sent. I was refunded 2 weeks later and my books haven't been sent. It was a birthday present for my daughter.

The products available and the prices are always amazing but the delivery times were ridiculous.
