Thank you for your feedback. From reviewing the call history, it appears that after some investigation, when we identified that this was indeed a problem in the Software and not with the circumstances / environment of it's usage, we started the escalation process to the Vendor. At this time it then became apparent that this issue had been previously identified as a problem in the new release, but that it was now reported as being fixed in the Service Pack (2) scheduled for release imminently.
I understood however, from your last comments in your email to Support, that there was a workaround that you could use, if this isn't the case then I will of course ask for a new call to be opened to investigate the reasons why.
