Get a decent delivery service how can I judge a product that was never delivered

Thank you for your feedback.
We are deeply sorry we were not able to deliver your parcel.
After verification we can see the first shipment didn't reach you as was refused, therefore we have sent a replacement but our delivery company doesn't seem to deliver to your address. We apologise for the issue.
We have placed a refund as soon we were aware the delivery was not possible.
We have raise a complaint with the delivery company and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have cause you.

We are sorry the product is not in stock on our website.
If you wish, you can be informed once the product is back in stock. Just go to the product page and on the availabilities put down your email on the box: advice me once the product its back in stock.
We work hard to have our product in stock but unfortunately it isn't always possible.
