They gave me a discount code and let me applied it and then charged me the full amount. When reported they tell me it is my fault

You have a huge nerve. You sent me that code. If it was the same one as a year before, I don't know. You cannot expect customers to keep track of the codes YOU email in case YOU repeat it. In any case, I applied the code to my basket without error and was shown the discounted price at the check out page. So you sent the wrong code, don't show any errors and show me the discounted price, but the mistake is mine... I hope everyone sees just what they can expect from your service!
