Hello
Please accept our apologies for the delay in shipping your recent salt order. During that week we received a huge demand for salt and deicing products and our warehouse and carriers were at full capacity trying to ship/deliver orders. Under normal circumstances where product is in stock the order ships same day for delivery following day but due to the demand unfortunately this was not possible.

Product information in catalogue and online good, official order completed, acknowledgment received - goods delivered within 24 hours
Reasonable products as ordered although one sign was folded over and therefore unusable. Biggest cocern was delivery, received an email on 26th Feb saying order was dispatched. Eventually delivered...

Hello and thank you for taking time to feed back to us regarding your recent order. I understand one of the Customer Service team have been in touch with you regarding the damaged sign and this has been replaced.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivery we have looked into it and unfortunately the goods were despatched on 28th Feb when the bad weather arrived which caused some major disruption and delivery backlogs with carriers in some parts of the country. Under normal circumstances our delivery time via carrier is 24-48 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
