Paid for next day delivery received it 2 days later and I had to call to find out what was happening with the delivery. I realise it was due to snow but we hadn’t had any!!

Usually stock products are delivered next day but unfortunately due to the demand during the recent bad weather and volumes going through the carrier network some of the deliveries were delayed.
