Seton are one of the best suppliers I deal with due to the knowledge of the staff and the computer systems they use.
They can quickly and easily pull up previous orders which help when reordering.

Please accept our apologies for the damaged item received recently. I understand you have spoken to the Customer Service team and a replacement has now been received.
ordered items on 20-2-18 after order was placed then informed delivery was not until 2-3-18 but still have not received the items as yet !

I understand you have now spoken with our Customer Service supervisor who explained that our carrier had attempted delivery but you were
away at the time and that you had arranged to collect from their depot on your return. This product is not held in stock and shipped directly
from the manufacturer on a 7 working day lead time. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
