Hi, thank you for your feedback. Our system sends separate emails for each shipment. I can see that we sent you one email on the 30th of April to let you know that one item had been shipped and another on the 1st of May to let you know that the other item had been shipped. These emails also include tracking information for either DPD or Royal Mail. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks, Kirsty - Online Customer Service Manager

Hi, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received. We work very had on keeping our stock levels accurate and I am sorry they were incorrect on this occasion.

I can see you placed your order on the 24th of April and we emailed you on the same day 3 hours later to inform you of the stock error. We don't automatically process a refund as we always offer an alternative as close to the out of stock item as possible. We then sent you a follow up email on the 27th of April. You replied to our emails over the weekend and a refund was processed as soon as we were back in the office on the Monday.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. Thanks, Kirsty - Online Customer Service
