The sales assistant was extremely well informed and helpful. She let me take as much time as I needed and listened to my response tregarding each trainer I tried on

Poor customer service
Not the best I’ve had here. Ordered 2 pairs to be brought to shop for trying. I was never contacted to be told they had arrived, found out 10 days later when I went in. Actually, only 1/2 had arrived...

I had excellent service The staff were knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. I bought 3 pairs of shoes and was given time to try the shoes.
