Please implement either hi-vis arm bands or light wands urgently!
In the dark, it is very difficult to see hand signals and directions when boarding or
leaving vessels.
You need to put on more ferries especially weekends to Xmas the boats leaving island are too packed! Wight link have put up their prices you have a chance to take their customers hourly boats .

We just wish we could! - with each ship being dry-docked and refitted during the winter, unfortunately it's just not possible. Thanks for your kind comments though.
very good price compaired to wightlink. 1.5 hours between sailings is too big a gap. passengers hogging all the chairs to spread out on should be stopped. my 85 year old mother had to sit on window bench while one person sat at table for 6 with his legs out so far she could not get in. we wanted to go at 9 am but was full, so went at 7.17 am
