thanks for the review. With the exception of season tickets and books of saver tickets, it is currently not possible to buy Red Jet tickets online and this is why it is advertised as a turn-up and go service. You will not have paid more by upgrading your ticket for use on the Red Jet, merely the fare difference. In terms of club discounts, these are volume based so it's probably worth contacting the club direct.

thanks for taking time to leave a review. Unfortunately we have to reduce the number of sailings in winter to allow each ship to be dry-docked and refitted. However, we have some really good news coming on the seating front very soon.
The ferry was completely full and there wasn't any seating. Some people who had booked were turned away

Thanks for the review. We will be installing more seats next year so this should help. In the meantime, we are investigating why some cars were shut-off their booked 9am sailing on Saturday.
