Although we are reviewing our booking amendment fees for 2014, they are in place to help manage the vehicle space. Part of the £6.50 charge is the fare difference between your old and new sailing time. In the meantime,thank you for your feedback.

very disappointed, we are o.a.p's we decided we had saved enough money to visit relatives on the mainland with your 20% voucher which we obviously used. Due to the storms, flooding we were advised not to travel so had to return early obviously not just disappointed we had to return to the island early but to find out that Red Funnel were charging us an extra £6.50 to change our day we just cannot see that this should be allowed. It was the adverse weather why we had to return early we paid £54.50 on the 20% off with an additional £6.50 this was to travel from Wednesday a.m. to Friday 1.30pm., an absolute outrage, we will not only not use Red Funnel again we will advise our friends and family not to use you.
HAve used your service regulaly for over 4 years. I count on the fingers of one hand the number of delays and all have been minimal.

Sorry to hear this, we are adding 55% more internal seats and two additional lounges to Red Falcon in time for Easter 2014 so this should help.

This has been a freak event and normally we would have taken the ship out of service but unfortunately with Red Osprey in refit it would have meant cancelling her sailings and causing even more inconvenience. The ships engineers in conjunction with external contractors were working throughout to rectify the problem which requires the dismantling of quite a lot of pipework. In hindsight, we should have warned customers prior to boarding so apologies for this and the obvious inconvenience.
As a disabled customer, good points include helpful staff and crew, easy access from car deck to upper deck.
