Thank you for this concise feedback about your journey and the comments you have made. We certainly can understand the implications lack of seating can have to the overall experience onboard our RORO vessels and are reviewing this throughout the refit of the Red Falcon which will commence shortly.

It's a very efficient service, but the vessels have seen better days, the food is also like greasy-spoon and lacks healthy options. Otherwise, a great way to get to the rock!

However, as vehicle prices are demand based it is cheaper if you can book as early as possible and avoid the most popular sailing times. thank you for your reply, it is great that you have responded, however your travel card scheme is totally inappropriate to my circumstances, I don't have £250.00 to spare let alone £1000.00 to put on your card just to get a very small discount.
This May be great if you commute daily but I live 2 hours drive from Southampton so there is no concession that would help me. I am aware that everything is more expensive now but both me and my brother will only use your ferry to see our parents as we would not even consider a holiday there as the ferry crossing would price us out. You are no cheaper than wightlink as we always check both before we come down and they are always similar prices.
It is not nice that I can't see my mum and dad as much as I want because your prices are too high but that's the reality and I think you know you can charge what you want as there is not much choice of travel other than you or wightlink.
If you even gave a small discount to people with family on yhe island that would make all the difference but I know you won't do that. For that reason I will always resent your prices. As I already said I used to come six times a year and now it's twice. I hope you can see your parents more than that. Especially if you don't know how much longer they are going to be around.
