Unfortunately, I have to say that my overall impression was poor. I travel weekly on wightlink but thought I would give red funnel a try. Not enough seating late running and the boat in need of a good clean. I realise it is busy at Christmas but you should be able to run on time when only one sailing every 1.5 hours.

Overcrowded, noisy and people would not move over to make room for a pensioner to sit. Delays disembarking at East Cowes, an explanation would have gone down well to those drivers waiting.

Further to my last, I wonder if the MCA are aware of the overcrowding, with passageways and stairs partially blocked by passengers seated on the floor, as seating is unavailable. I think there must be a Health and Safety issue here?
