We've been using Red Funnel for a number of years now and the service is always reliable, efficient, clean, and friendly. The food is improving too; I was delighted to see a vegan option on offer this week.
There are sometimes issues with lack of seating on full sailings (this is worse when coach parties are on board), but full credit goes to the company for listening to customers - a refurbishment programme is imminent , and will provide extended capacity and extra amenities.
Good: On arrival in the car park, the number plate recognition system was very good -- beats Wightlinks scanning hand down!
