Purchased food onboard ferry but no seating available ANYWHERE. Stood up eating and drinking hot tea…..not ideal.
Disappointed to pay for a car and 4 passengers to find no seating. Not impressed.

We do appreciate your comments and can understand your frustrations. Moving forward we are investing £2m on Red Falcon in the New Year which will give 55% more inside seats and two new top deck lounges. If the design proves successful and is liked by customers we hope to make similar investments in Red Osprey and Red Eagle.
